How to Place an Order


GI Surplus is an independant surplus store owned and operated by veterans (Korea & Desert Storm) and have  brought  true military surplus to many for 27 years and we're looking forward to many more. 

To keep in touch with our customers needs and make sure you get what you're looking for, we prefer to do things the old fashioned way with a bit of modern option to ensure you are getting the product and customer service you deserve.  More and more companies have expanded and you are only a number and order to them.  At GI Surplus of Wayne, we take pride in the relationship we've built by serving you and strive to show you that, in our reasonable prices and quality service.

Send us an email: gisurpluswayne@att.net  with a list of the items you'd like, zip code to where the items will be shipped (for shipping quote) and the time frame you need the items in.  We are happy to accommodate rush requests if able.  Most orders shipped within 24 - 48 hours of purchase.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refunds and/or returns are done on a case by case policy. 

If an item has been worn there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds given. 

If item is defective, we will forward the item to the manufacturer for determination of return/replacement.  We are not responsible for defective items.  Returns/exchanges are per the manufacturers policy.

Used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Special ordered items may have a restocking fee.

At no time will shipping costs be refunded.  All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Refunds may be issued in the form of a store credit (gift certificate) that may be used within one year of date issued.
